Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for the Operations teams with other Worldpay internal teams (Product, Development, Commercial, Strategic Expansion, etc)as well as with external .Serve as primary point of contact of the Operations team, to support problem resolution and ensure the correct operation of the acquiring product.

Provide an analysis on how issues or planned changes in the operation might impact other teams or external customers. Support Development and Product team with planned change validations.

  • Monitor the overall performance of the assigned product and market operation, identify issues, propose solutions, and improvement opportunities.

Ensure the correct configuration of the clients in the system / platform.

  • Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.
