Description:

Cognizant is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager (d/f/m) to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time Client Relationship Management role is based in Frankfurt, and offers an attractive salary and benefits, including flexible working.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will use your track record of success to contribute toward commercial growth and rapid business expansion for your assigned accounts. You will work closely with Client Partners to own an end-to-end portfolio within an account, including the overall account P&L and managing senior client relationships. We are looking for someone who has built up a deep understanding of the latest innovations with technology tools, techniques, systems and solutions that matter most in the Life Sciences industry.

During your first few weeks in this Client Relationship Manager role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

  • Manage key customer relationships and business development activities and promote sales responsibilities, including identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Be responsible for developing sales strategies and tactics for further penetrating the account
  • Identify new opportunities and make proactive proposals to clients in line with account strategy while engaging internal Cognizant teams and service lines teams to develop solutions
  • Be a key member in managing business unit target revenues, profitability, and customer acquisitions

To apply for this Client Relationship Manage position, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

  • Experience managing Client P&L, including reporting and metric assessment for the account
  • Extensive experience with the global service delivery model
  • Ability to navigate a large organisation, work in a multi-dimensional matrix, and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
  • A good performance track record of managing different portfolios ranging from sales, new sales, programs, and existing annuity business
  • Fluent in English and German language
