Job Description
With a strong presence in the Middle East, we are committed to delivering innovative investment solutions and exceptional client service. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Dubai office. Being guided by our broader corporate strategy and values, you will play a key role in generating leads, developing client relationships, and expanding our network of partners in the region.

In this role, you will:

  • Help us to generate leads and to identify new business opportunities;
  • Respond to investors and handle various inquiries regarding LGT Capital Partners investments solutions;
  • Manage clients and relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction;
  • Support the preparation of reports to senior management;
  • Maintain accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met;
  • Represent the company at conferences and client events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field; further education in finance like CFA, CIIA, CAIA or similar is a plus;
  • 5-7 years of experience in Asset Management, either in a sales/client relationship management role or investment role with a strong motivation to grow into sales relationship management;
  • Good understanding of alternative investments, traditional asset classes and their role in the portfolio;
  • Knowledge of the market in the Middle East and existing relationships with clients would be a plus;
  • High level of service orientation with strong communication skills;
  • Excellent presentation and networking skills;
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with flexibility and capacity to work in an entrepreneurial environment;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
