REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER POSITION
- Experience in client relationship management or project management within the events sector
- Experience in compliance or healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors (desirable but not required)
- Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in project management tools (preferred)
- Independent and client-focused with adaptability
- Stable career history
- Excellent communicator

Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the key accounts team. Once a client has agreed on an event sponsorship package, your role would be to then manage the post-sale process and relationship with these key sponsors (all of which would be large pharmaceutical clients).
This is a highly regulated sector and there are LOTS of issues around compliance. Therefore you would work with both the client and internal stakeholders to ensure that contracts are accurate, signed and compliant before then making sure that the commercial solution they have paid-for goes ahead without any issues. You will therefore be dealing with multiple internal departments to ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of their commercial package. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing, operations, sales and finance teams, as well as direct communication with clients to deliver outstanding event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management:
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage contracts and documentation for compliance.
- Conduct reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Monitor project progress and promptly address issues.
Client Management:
- Serve as the main liaison for these large pharmaceutical clients.
- Provide regular updates and handle client enquiries professionally.
- Manage multiple event accounts and track project progress.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless event execution.
- Prepare and present post-event reports.
- Lead pharmaceutical compliance efforts and provide internal training.
Quality Assurance:
- Review event plans for compliance and quality.
- Ensure clients meet paperwork and regulatory requirements.
- Work with external agencies on pharmaceutical compliance.
