Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
It’s an exciting year to be joining the QBE’s workers compensation division. Our Client Relationship Manager’s act as the essential conduits between our external Agencies and our internal teams. As our new Client Relationship Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of Agencies within QBE’s Insurance for NSW portfolio.
- The main point of contact and responsible to drive both performance and service.
- Strategically create and present claims analysis packs to external Agency stakeholders.
- Accountable for the service delivery and quality customer service.
- Support the Senior Leadership team to drive consistency across the entire NSW portfolio.
- Constantly monitor Agency feedback and support them with any scheme / industry wide changes.
As our new Client Relationship Manager, our customers are at the heart of everything you will do. With excellent communication skills, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to promote both service and performance. To be successful within this role, you will also have:
- Previous experience in Workers Compensation and or Account Management.
- Previous experience analysing trends and performance to develop strategic initiatives.
- Strong ability in dispute resolution and influencing skills.
- Presenting and storytelling data and to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
- The ability to adopt a person-centered approach to feedback and creating sustainable solutions.
- Work within a team to support a wider Workers Compensation Division
