You will deliver a world-class client experience by ensuring front operational excellence, the CRO will be responsible for all operational dimensions of daily banking activities.
The CRO will be involved with the Greek Market and Global Custody clients.
Responsibilities:
- Taking orders from clients and placing them in the system.
- Leading the end-to-end account-opening process, taking into consideration local regulatory documentation requirements.
- Ensuring account documentation is complete and compliant by contacting clients in coordination with bankers in charge of the relationship to gather required documents and signatures (based on Middle Office and Riske & Compliance lists).
- Helping bankers in gathering information for KYC updates and providing support in the account-opening process.
- Managing cash for Advisory and execution-only accounts.
- Processing workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card applications, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.) and ensuring relevant client documentation is saved in the systems (memos, orders, etc.).
- Coordinating closely with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolve any risk and compliance matters.
- Processing payments and transfers while ensuring clients are systematically called back for identity verification and providing support with other transaction activity where needed.
- Providing support in the Strategic Pricing Review project: updating client pricing in the migration system; entering all necessary workflow request in the relevant systems; liaising with project managers, the Pricing team, the Front Office and clients; reviewing and updating pricing lists in coordination with bankers/CROs.
- Instilling a positive and collaborative team spirit by sharing knowledge and expertise.

- Being proactive, collaborative and a team player: working efficiently and in a supportive manner by developing strong working relationships with other team members and other internal partners.
- Playing an active role on different committees and pursuing training with the aim of ensuring skills/knowledge remain at the highest level.
