JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Client Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you are a member of an Agency who is responsible for providing face-to-face core banking services to our ATB clients. This involves providing professional and efficient customer service by identifying client needs and matching them with the right products, solutions and experts.
Please note: In this role you will not be an employee of ATB Financial. You will be employed by the privately owned Agency.
Client Relationship Specialist Accountabilities:
- Deepen relationships with our clients by having conversations to understand their needs and how we can help them reach their goals.
- Transform the client experience by introducing our client to experts and educating them on our digital tools and resources.
- Maintain and build client relationships by providing optimum customer service.
- Develop and build internal partner relationships with ATB departments and our supporting partner branch to meet customer service requirements and to assist with resolving issues or concerns.
- Follow tactical service routines, best practice processes and procedures on all administrative and operational activities within the agency.
- Process cash and clearing transactions, abiding by current policies.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
- Provide assistance and coaching to other CRSs, as required.
- Ensure agency assets are properly safeguarded and that premises and equipment are maintained and that collateral documents are properly controlled.
- Take responsibility for personal development plans; schedule meetings with your manager to discuss development plans.
- Ensure that your learning associated with ATB systems, processes, compliance and culture is kept up to date.
