Join an important initiative at Partners Group where we are aligning our marketing efforts under a new division within the Client Solutions department. This newly formed marketing hub will coordinate and produce all materials that represent Partners Group to our clients. By strategically setting marketing goals, consolidating efforts, and centralizing activities, we aim to enhance quality and streamline processes, allowing us to focus our resources more efficiently.
As a Content Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and delivering the reporting requirements for Partners Group’s various programs. You will aim for excellence in operations and timely delivery of high-quality work.
This role is suitable for a proactive, knowledgeable, and experienced professional who is ready to handle tasks with varying complexity, identify improvement opportunities, and significantly contribute to our team’s success. You will be vital in improving the firm’s content operations and client reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze portfolio developments and craft communication for investors through iterative outlines, drafts, and reviews with global asset class teams, while adhering to tight schedules.
  • Manage content and operational tasks throughout the reporting lifecycle for a portfolio of PG Products.
  • Ensure timely and complete delivery of product reports across asset classes.
  • Work collaboratively with upstream teams and internal stakeholders for effective content onboarding.
  • Stay informed on industry developments through ongoing professional development and share knowledge with colleagues and external partners.
  • Develop expertise in the firm’s products, asset classes, investment strategies, and other corporate areas.
  • Commit to operational excellence in all aspects of Content Operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Lead projects to support the development and growth of the team.
