Job Posting: Client Consultation Sales Assistant
Are you passionate about connecting with people, understanding their vision, and helping turn dreams into reality? Join our team as a Landscaping Consultation Sales Assistant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional client experiences and assisting with design and landscaping consultations.
You will represent the following companies:

- Client & Tenant Consultation: Use Dale Carnegie techniques to build rapport, actively listen, and uncover client needs, interests, and project goals.
- Detailed Note-Taking: Record a comprehensive wish list, sketch property boundaries, and document all permanent landscape features, including trees, buildings, driveways, and sidewalks.
- Site Photos: Capture high-quality images from all corners of the property, focusing on areas of development and surroundings. Include windows with views into the property and any inspiration photos shared by clients.
- Preparation of Class 3 Estimates: During consultations, provide clients with rough project estimates, ensuring transparency in project management, data collection, and design service hours.
- Follow-Up: Email a detailed Design and Implementation Plan (DIP) within 24 hours of the consultation. Conduct follow-ups every Monday and Friday with clients from consultations in the past five business days.
- Coordination: Once a client confirms interest, book a site measure with the Project Coordinator. Collaborate with Architectural Technicians and designers to ensure a seamless transition into the design phase.

- Communication Skills: Professional, clear, and responsive, with a commitment to addressing inquiries promptly during and after business hours.
Our Communication Policy
We prioritize timely communication with partners, team members, and clients. When contacted outside normal business hours (9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday), you are expected to respond within two hours (7 AM–9 AM or 5 PM–9 PM). This ensures concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly. Failure to meet this standard three times will result in disciplinary action.
