You’ll lead a team of eight in the client-facing department, ensuring they thrive in their roles while driving their professional growth. You’ll be responsible for achieving team objectives, with a strong focus on new sales to enhance customer value.
You’ll act as the escalation point for client issues and oversee compliance support to ensure regulatory adherence. The role also includes attending key meetings, planning communications, and organizing in-person seminars across the UK.
Additionally, you’ll address client submission queries alongside the Scheme Operations Lead and take part in budgeting, tracking progress to meet targets.
