The Client Service Associate reports to the Director of Operations and is critical in appropriately leveraging Advisors’ time. This is a role that works independently with wide latitude for independent judgement. This position utilizes excellent customer service and problem-solving skills confidently provide information and education to clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry allowing a strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products
  • Previous experience in the independent financial services industry required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others without direct contro

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Open new accounts
  • Schedule appointments
  • Heavy customer service contact
  • Handles SRA’s
  • Handles Money transfers
  • Handles Omni remitting of checks
  • Client reach out/contact
  • Set up monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly, & annual meetings
  • Assisting in answering questions, for new or existing clients
