Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Services Associate at EquiLife. As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-quality customer support and assisting clients navigate our systems and resources. This includes communicating with clients, addressing their inquiries, managing their accounts, and ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL DEPARTMENT DUTIES:

Work cross-departmentally on issues affecting clients.
Assist department manager as needed with tasks or support to our Health Coaching Team.
Attend administrative team meetings, and standup meetings.
