Description:
The Client Service Associate will report directly to the Operations Manager. Your primary purpose is to work closely with Investment Advisors in the development and management of their client relationships, both existing and prospective clients. You will play a hands in role supporting Advisors by performing all of the administrative and operational tasks involved in the management of clients’ investment portfolios.

Responsibilities:
- Client meeting preparation: preparing applicable checklists/paperwork/onboarding documents, client reminders (including meeting materials).
- Support account opening and transactions as directed by the advisors
- Carry out instructions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers for all investment accounts and ensure thorough follow-up
- Support Investment Advisors in providing superior customer service and be available to answer client questions in person, on the phone, or by email.
- Support the scheduling of client meetings, both responsive and proactive.
- Support Investment Advisors in their Sales & Marketing Plans and Business Development efforts.
- Generate portfolio management reports – ie householding
