CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR BELGIUM (DUTCH & ENGLISH SPEAKING)
We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients. The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating service requests, and providing administrative support to the client service team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation, setting up accounts, and providing training as needed.
- Manage client accounts in the company database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Schedule, organize and coordinate client meetings, online webinars and events.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
