Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across Seafreight and Airfreight Imports. This role involves end-to-end shipment management, client retention, and development. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are me with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Handle your own client portfolio, covering both Seafreight and Airfreight Imports.
  • End-to-End Shipment Management: Oversee the entire shipment process from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Rate Updates and Quotes: Regularly update client rates and assist in the preparation of quotes.
  • Client Retention and Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Proven experience in Import Freight Forwarding Customer Service over multiple years.
  • Proficiency in Cargowise.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.
