Position Summary
Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a Customer Service Executive. We are looking to optimize the retention of current customers by implementing a sustainable service model, fostering profitable and long-lasting commercial relationships for the company.
*This is a hybrid position based out of our Bogota, office. (1 day remote)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and open sustainable and profitable business relationships, from the construction of strategies and continuous service.
- Execute business strategies that drive the value proposition for our clients.
- Follow up with other areas to have an optimal management of the products promised to our customers, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Conduct constant visits to assigned clients to present management reports and value propositions.
- Follow up on action plans proposed to clients.
- Attend to requests, concerns or requirements of customers and manage the optimal level of response.
