CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER FUND ACCOUNTANT - PRIVATE EQUITY (M/F)

MAIN MISSION

As part of the Private Equity Desk, you will be responsible for all the accounting tasks on the alternative investment funds and related companies administered by the Private Equity Desk (Private Debt, Private Equity and Real Assets asset classes).

• Ensure the accounting and financial reporting of PE/RE funds and companies while respecting the service commitments made to clients in an efficient and timely manner;
• Supervise subcontracted accounting tasks in order to ensure a good quality service;
• Act as the main contact with fund managers and as an expert in matters relating to the accounting and financial reporting of the structures administered;
• Coordinate with the clients’ external service providers to ensure adequate tax monitoring and compliance;
• Coordinate and assist clients during annual and interim audits;
• Support the setting up files to ensure that accounting services comply with official documents of the funds/companies;Contribute to the organization of the department and support the implementation and maintenance of procedures specific to the department.
