QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

  • Highly developed media experience in order to form strong relationships with our broadcaster client, to assist them with all their TAM, VOZ and multi-media software needs
  • Numerate and focused on strategic, innovative and creative data analysis
  • Curious, with the ability to problem solve
  • Focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enthusiastic and pro-active with the ability to work autonomously
  • Experienced with Excel, PowerPoint, L&J/Nielsen Fusion
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have a vacancy for a Manager role in our Client Service team at Nielsen Television Audience Measurement (TAM) based in our Sydney, Lane Cove office.
We are the official source of television audience measurement for the free to air broadcast networks and subscription television channels in Australia.
You will be part of a very experienced and well regarded team dedicated to providing our broadcaster and media industry clients with the highest level of service by delivering an exceptional standard of information, assistance and support across their evolving multi- media platforms.
You will also have the opportunity to take an industry leading role in the transition to VOZ, Australia’s Total TV database.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In this role you will need excellent product and company knowledge to assist a major broadcaster client and the broader Client Service team by:
  • Establishing and maintaining a productive client relationship
  • Providing data insights and analysis
  • Software training and support
  • Client and industry education
  • Being adaptable to changing market conditions
  • Participation in achieving group goals
