We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of SIPP Pensions - Servicing Manager - Retirement Services.

In this role, you will:

  • Dealing with all areas of Self Invested Pensions from establishment, liaising with clients and advisers, dealing with third parties, all SIPP administration including Asset reconciliation and investment administration.
  • Providing a best client centric service
  • Coaching and overseeing a small team of administrators
  • People management including monthly 1:1 meeting.
  • Leading and/or engaging in pension initiatives/projects

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in self-invested personal pensions along with asset reconciliation and investment administration.
  • Knowledge of HMRC rules and regulations in relation to current pension legislation
  • Hands on end-to-end SIPP administration management experience
  • Knowledge of FCA CASS rules and regulations in relation to personal pension plans.
  • Working knowledge of current Data Protection law
  • Experience of dealing directly with both internal and external auditors and leading projects and building teams.
