Description:
Client Servicing is a department within Corporate Services, reporting to the Head of Client Servicing, RfP and Performance measurement (based in Zürich, Switzerland), that is the main contact, service partner and service delivery expert for our specialised Investment Management clients.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
In order to succeed in this job, you must have an understanding of or a demonstrable affinity with investment products. You strive to take initiative and can deal with different client types.
You will require strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines. You are Client-centric and opportunity-driven. Furthermore, you possess:
- A strong infinity to Sustainability, Finance & Asset Management. Work experience & further education in these areas are advantageous
- Excellent written and spoken English and German, additional language skills desirable

Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for client-related inquiries for internal & external stakeholders such as Robeco’s network of global sales offices, and clients with a specialised Investment Management Agreements (IMA)
- Creation, coordination, setting up of and ownership of recurring client reports
- Responsible for Requests for Information (RfI), whether physical or online
- IMA client onboarding for all Robeco products managed in Zurich
- AML & KYC/CDD responsibility
- Cash flow booking for clients with IMA managed in Zurich
- Contributor or owner to internal projects
- Handling of various day-to-day ad-hoc requests (eg market cap, holdings, product information, factsheets, ESGenius reports, portfolio insights)
