Reporting to the Associate Manager of Direct to Head Office - The Client Service Processor will be responsible for the timely distribution of team paperwork, cheques and e-mails to Wealth, Life Client Services, and Quadrus team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams.The Client Service Processor would be working onsite in the London Head Office.

Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming mail for the Wealth, Life Client Services, and Quadrus teams within time standards via OnBase
- Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
- Assist with non-financial processing when required
- Support small projects when necessary
- Balance incoming cheques received through courier and Canada Post mail
- Sending outbound mail
- Manage the team shared e-mail boxes
- Distribution of statements and cheque pull requests to the team
- Responsible for workflow distribution on OnBase
