Job Description
Join our Customer Care Department located in Stettbach and become an integral part of our mission to democratize finance with technology. You’ll empower clients throughout their experience with our digital products, ensuring they navigate their financial journeys with confidence and ease.
Guess what? Before handling our customers’ requests, you will benefit from a unique onboarding experience: The Banking Talent Academy! This 3-month program is designed to ignite careers through comprehensive courses on finance, banking and internal tools, facilitated by Swissquote’s experts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a fresh graduate with an economical background OR you already have experience in Customer Care (1-2 years) and want to enter the banking industry.
  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English (B2 level). French is an asset.
  • You have a strong interest in financial products and markets.
  • You love to interact with people and feel comfortable doing so.
    We are looking for candidates to join our first wave of the program starting in November. The application deadline is 4th October 2024.

  • Support clients through various communication channels to ensure their satisfaction with our digital platforms.
