    Located in Malvern, this highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors are searching for a Client Services Administrator who will become part of a warm and welcoming team of professionals!
    This professional accounting practice has been servicing a broad range of high net worth client’s for the last 60 plus years. Working out of state of the art premises, their needs now extend to hiring a Client Services Administrator to report to the Practice Manager

Responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting the Practice Manager with day-to-day tasks and
  • project tasks
  • Accounts Receivable; Daily preparation of banking
  • including processing of receipts
  • Debtors Management including liaising with clients
  • Assisting Practice Manager with bookkeeping data-entry
  • Information Technology (IT) Support; act as internal point of contact for Team
  • liaise with external IT provider and other third party software providers
  • Assist Firm with “Move to Cloud” Project
  • Office & Property Maintenance; deal with day-to-day issues and liaison with Property Manager & Third Parties
  • Assistance with maintenance of the practice management database and systems
  • Assist with development of firm policies and procedures as required
  • Filing, Photocopying and scanning
  • Project Work re: Scanning of Files & Records
  • Beverages for Directors & Visitors, as required
  • Ad hoc duties as required
