REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of managing basic client queries and delivering excellence and client satisfaction client management system.
• Experience of using client management system
• Good numeracy skills
• Good communication skills- verbal and written to articulate to the client
• Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Competent Excel user
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple workstreams
