We have an opportunity for a Client Services Assistant to join our great department on hybrid basis.
Your Role
You will be joining a well-established global team that offers diversity across many commercial lines of business. These include Marine, Casualty, ProFin, Property, Real Estate, and Construction & Engineering.
Your responsibilities will include policy administration, processing, and supporting assigned cases in order to meet business development and retention goals. You will use your excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with other elements of client services and the trading team to provide remarkable service.
About You
Communication skills are crucial as is having a genuine desire to help our customers. The ability to listen and identify their needs, providing the best solutions, using professionalism and empathy is key.
Your attitude and approach to customers is more important than your experience. However, a background providing great customer service, showing an ability to think on your feet and operate with the customer in mind will put you in a great position to be successful with RSA.
