Responsibilities:
- As a Client Services Assistant, you’ll efficiently handle income and outgoing calls ensuring clients contacting the firm receive a ‘best in class’ service, whether they are already a client and are looking to speak to their lawyer or if they are a prospective new client looking to use Stephens Scown..
- You will operate as an effective firm front of house by taking and handling new enquiries by all channels including telephone, website and email.
- You will also liaise with legal advisors and support legal teams as required with a view to offering class leading client experience for both internal and external clients.
