Blueprint Genetics is a leading clinical genetic testing company aspiring to bring world-class genetic knowledge to mainstream healthcare. As our global team continues to grow, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Client Services Associate to join our Client Services team in Keilaniemi, Espoo.

We are committed to providing clinicians, and their patients, with comprehensive and high-quality tools and resources for diagnostics of genetic conditions. Our Client Services Team has a pivotal role in this quest.
The team consists of 18 energetic customer communication professionals with strong expertise in our genetic testing services. They are the key support for our customers, working in close collaboration with several teams across the organization, including Laboratory, Production, and Clinical Interpretation teams, as well as Marketing and Sales.
Your tasks will include

In this fast-paced on-site position, your main responsibilities will be to handle routine back-office tasks and provide high-quality customer support by email and phone in a professional and timely manner. You will use your basic knowledge of genetics to support our customers, and your organised approach to work will help you to manage and plan your workday efficiently. You pride yourself on being meticulous as your work as a Client Services Associate is very detail -oriented. Your daily work will consist of:

  • Communicating with customers via email and phone
  • Back- office tasks (mailing, faxing, checking reports and updating information in different systems
  • Contributing to additional projects as needed

We are looking for a positive team player with the ability to work proactively and independently. You enjoy customer service, and you have good communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment managing multiple priorities while also enjoying routine back- office tasks.   • A Vocational or Bachelor’s degree preferably in life sciences or relevant field
  • Previous experience in customer service is considered an asset.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English. French, Swedish, Spanish or Hebrew language skills are an advantage and any other language skills are seen as an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Positive mindset, hands-on way of working and enthusiasm to learn
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Keilaniemi, Espoo
