  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus three years of customer service experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree plus one year of customer service experience

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a customer-focused enthusiast to work in our Client Services Department as a Client Services Associate providing front-line responses to calls and emails generally directed to Curi across our entire geographic footprint, with a primary objective of immediately providing a resolution/substantive guidance or promptly connecting clients with the appropriate Curi staff who can provide appropriate resolution/guidance. To achieve this, you will become highly knowledgeable of guidelines and processes within the core functions of Curi Insurance and Curi Advisory, and to a lesser extent, Curi RMB Capital. To achieve high client satisfaction, excellent communication skills and a focus on ‘high touch’ client service are essential.
You will also support specific Client Services programs: Policyholder Dividends, The Legacy Fund, and excess cyber and broad regulatory insurance policies.
