JOB SUMMARY:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between our clients, their families, and our team of caregivers. Your role is to ensure that our services are delivered with excellence and that our clients’ needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the senior care industry.
- Strong understanding of senior care practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience with WellSky client management software would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized care plans for new clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Supervise and support the caregiving team, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with medical professionals, therapists, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Manage client records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle client inquiries and address concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of caregivers.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and client-centered care within the team.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial laws, regulations, and Senior Helpers policies.
