Client Services Coordinator – Mascot
Job Description / The Role -
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Mascot.

Toll Global Forwarding is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will act as the key interface between Toll and our valued clients, ensuring seamless and professional service while meeting performance expectations. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating shipments, resolving logistics issues, and driving operational excellence through efficiency and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities / a day in the life of a Client Services Coordinator -
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely job updates.
- Managing shipments, ensuring compliance with Toll, legislative, and client requirements.
- Monitoring shipping line issues such as transshipment, detention, and demurrage.
- Coordinating client implementation plans, including SOP development and stakeholder communication.
- Ensuring legal and safety compliance across all aspects of freight forwarding.
- Providing top-tier customer service to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records in CW1 for billing and revenue tracking.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- CargoWise knowledge and proficiency utilising this software.
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow management systems.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-driven mindset with excellent planning and analytical abilities.
