We’re hiring for a Client Services Executive to join the team in London.
Purpose of the Role
As Client Services Executive you’ll provide support to the wider client leadership teams and enable effective and efficient running of our accounts, which in turn creates a better experience for our most valuable clients. You’ll provide support across a wide breadth of responsibilities and through that provide a fantastic platform for learning and establishing a strong account management skillset with one of the best known and loved media agencies in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial administration of nominated accounts, forging strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the process.
  • Coordination and triaging of client briefs & requests with the wider team, maintaining systems for doing so and ensuring alignment of expectations on both sides.
  • Support account teams with delivery of ad hoc projects e.g. support in preparation of QBRs or responses.
  • Support and own elements of standard account management reporting suite, including resource utilisation, billings and financial reports.
  • Play an active role in account team management, coordinating team updates and regular meetings.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience within a media role for large organisation, media agency experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience with financial administration when it comes to account management i.e. PO, invoicing and tracking financial spend.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with counterparts internally as well as externally.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multitude of requests and tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Active interest in media industry and ambition to build a career within this sector.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
