Based at BusinessBecause Ltd (a subsidiary of GMAC), the role of Client Services Executive supports the GMAC Media team in ensuring effective delivery of client marketing campaigns – working with editorial, marketing, sales, and product teams to liaise with clients on the set up, monitoring and reporting of campaign activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily tracking and execution of campaign activity for clients, including email marketing, webinar setup, advertising copy chasing, profile updates, and more.
  • Coordination of project status from initial stage through to completion.
  • Provide timely communication between departments and clients regarding delivery, tracking and performance – alerting to delays and potential overruns.
  • Pull campaign data from multiple sources to aid in the creation of campaign performance reports.
  • Attend and contribute to regular production meetings.
  • Monitor processes and input on potential improvements.
  • Update status information on delivery of multiple client campaigns concurrently.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Create, communicate, and execute project work plans and revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder input and requirements making sure relevant information is communicated and team members are always up to date.
  • Use CRM, email and reporting platforms, as needed, to update content/data/dashboards.
  • Maintain performance tracking and reporting processes (internal).
  • Minimize and mitigate for exposure and risk on projects.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing or related subject matter; Or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  • Experience of working in an office and/or client facing environment
  • Marketing/media experience, either through a degree programme and/or on-the-job work experience.
  • Excellent communicator, patient and precise at disseminating information.
  • Excellent organizational, project planning, presentation and time management skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment.
  • Problem solver and keen to keep improving processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work in-office and/or remotely according to GMAC’s hybrid work environment.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working on project/programme management using tools such as Asana and Trello.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Experience with reporting on excel and building dashboards.
  • Email marketing platform knowledge.
