REQUIREMENTS

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Life or Health Sciences/ Nursing (or any relevant)

DUTIES

• Prepare CBU kits by assembling materials and placing barcode labels in the designated areas of the kit box.
• Contact clients for CSA and MHQ verification and to arrange kit deliveries.
• Manage the CSA and MHQ lifecycle, from receiving and verification to any necessary follow-ups.
• Handle NCBUs by raising waiver forms, communicating lab results to clients, and updating the NCBU database.
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for kit delivery, manage client databases, monitor inventory, and perform other assigned administrative duties.
