We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate rep, Client Processing to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Process day to day responsibilities in Investment Operations.
- Class Action Litigation payment and notification processing.
- Check issuance and mailings.
- Work independently as well as in a team environment.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Accounting or Finance experience is helpful
- Possess strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
