Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you someone with great customer service skills? Do you want to lead a team in a supportive environment? If so, we have a great opportunity for someone who wants to build on their customer service and leadership skills. In this varied role you will establish and maintain a day-to-day relationship with the customer and provide excellent administration services for our government clients. Working in a fast-paced environment on our client’s site, the team focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Build, maintain and develop effective client relationships
  • Provide trend analysis and statistical reporting monthly
  • Ensure prompt and professional service is provided to the client within KPI/SLA timeframes
  • Manage monthly performance targets and performance issues
  • Manage and develop team member(s) to ensure effective delivery of service in a timely manner
  • Ensure site is compliant with the client and Canon and client Health & Safety Standards
  • Develop an understanding of the customer’s business to be able to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.
  • Ensure team/site productivity and that customer and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership of a team.
  • Perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary; ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
  • Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews.
  • Assist with monthly customer reports including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation.
