REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • More than 5 years of working experience in client service or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Deskpro, Pipedrive.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in the banking/crypto industry.
  • Proficient in English speaking. Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of client service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via various communication channels including email, live chats, and calls.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on services and projects to maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct client satisfaction (NPS) surveys and analyse clients’ feedback.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as compliance, finance, settlement, product, and operation teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare application form, fee schedule, agreements and collect KYC information to facilitate client onboarding processes.
  • Access leads from Business Development and understand client profiles to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Monitor client onboarding process, regularly update the status to manager and clients.
