REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- More than 5 years of working experience in client service or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Deskpro, Pipedrive.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in the banking/crypto industry.
- Proficient in English speaking. Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus.
- Knowledge of client service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via various communication channels including email, live chats, and calls.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on services and projects to maintain client relationships.
- Conduct client satisfaction (NPS) surveys and analyse clients’ feedback.
- Work closely with internal departments such as compliance, finance, settlement, product, and operation teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare application form, fee schedule, agreements and collect KYC information to facilitate client onboarding processes.
- Access leads from Business Development and understand client profiles to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Monitor client onboarding process, regularly update the status to manager and clients.
