To assist the team in carrying out administrative services in relation to client onboarding, investments and transactions. To handle documentation tasks such preparing the full set of new account opening document for prospective clients, and the renewal of Client Risk Questionnaires (CRQ). To assist entering of investment deals into the Bank’s order entry system.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree or professional qualification.
  • Some knowledge in KYC/AMLCDD process
  • Good interpersonal skill and a team player
  • Meticulous and organized person who has a good eye for details.
  • Possess good PC skills i.e. Word & Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the team to prepare new set of account opening documents as well as CRQs.
  • To input investment deals into the Bank’s system.
  • Handle daily administration tasks such as collection / dispatch of mails & documents.
  • To review for completeness of executed documents and co-ordinate the receipt of missing data/doc.
  • To assist with final submission of docs for BA team’s review.
  • To assist with archiving of documents.
  • To assist with ad-hoc matters and to complete all assigned tasks with great efficiency and minimal errors.
