Description:

Job Title: Client Service Representative
Location: Rancho Cordova
Salary: $20-$22/hour
Are you a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive experience by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing helpful information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information
Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Record and update client interactions in the customer management system
Assist in coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations
Provide support for onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships
Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate client feedback
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, call center, client relations, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
