We are in search of a Office Management/ Customer Service Leader to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including processing maintaining accurate customer records. This position plays a crucial role in monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary action when required.

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize CRM and other computer programs to track customer information
• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional client service
  Bachelor Degree in Business/ related
  2 + yrs of admin/operations/customer service leadership experience
  Accounting or Tax experience office required
  Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  Ability to navigate and utilize various Computer Programs
  Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
  Office Management experience
