Description:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Representative.. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for facilitating client requests and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing client requests and inquiries
- Utilize various computer programs and CRM software to maintain accurate customer records
- Handle billing functions and claim administration efficiently
- Facilitate communication between clients and financial advisors
- Demonstrate proficiency with Accounting Software Systems to process customer credit applications
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality client interaction
- Utilize ‘About Time’ software for effective time management
- Support benefit functions to provide comprehensive client services
- Collaborate with the team to improve client services and engagement
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer accounts and take appropriate action.
- Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Skilled in using various Computer Programs
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Familiarity with ‘About Time’ software
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions
- Experience with Billing Functions
- Understanding of Claim Administration processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
