Studio Client Care Services/ Studio Maintenance
Start Date: ASAP
Album Studios is a busy commercial studio rental house with a strong focus on customer service. We provide studio space for photographers, videographers and those who wish to hold events and workshops.
The Client Care Services/Maintenance position is a part time position. Primarily in the evenings with the possibility of working during the day, weekends and late nights. Flexibility is required.
The preferred candidate has a background in customer service, studio and office management. The position will require moving large items and cleaning. Please be advised that moving heavy objects will be required.
Weekend availability is required for this job
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-Previous work experience in the customer service industry is required.
-Post-secondary education in event planning and/or office management is preferred but not required.
-Ability to lift heavy items (in excess of 50lbs).
-Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both written and spoken word, with clients and co-workers.
-Ability to work as a team, and individually.

Responsibilities:
-Responding to clients needs (coordination between clients).
-Taking phone calls and emails when required.
-Maintaining a functional and tidy work environment of several locations (cleaning will be required).
- Resetting studios spaces and cleaning studio spaces on a regular basis
-Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Applicant must be willing to travel between 3 of our locations located in West Toronto
