ABOUT THE ROLE

You’re new Role:
As a Client Services Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site inspections
- Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively
- Ensure client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communication
- Adhere to company and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental practices
- Report and manage workplace incidents and hazards to ensure a safe working environment
- Lead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve and exceed client expectations
- Manage performance, training, and development to enhance team effectiveness
- Handle staff absences and coordinate relief as needed
- Performs various daily cleaning tasks on sites and covers for Cleaners when absent or on leave
- Report client issues and changes to contracts promptly
- Manage administrative tasks including timesheets and accommodation reports
