JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be focusing on the servicing and maintaining of renewal business for our Employee Benefits Business. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the head of Client Servicing and work closely with Direct clients to increase and expand the Employee Benefits Business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ability to lead discussion with clients on employee benefits matter including flexible benefits program.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet client objectives
  • Preparation and conducting of employee communication sessions for employees.
  • Ensuring all TAT are met within industry standard
  • Develop and implement strategies on upselling new line of covers
  • Review and improve existing work processes through automation
  • Assist and Support the Corporate Sales Force when required in the securing of new business
  • Ability to build strong relationships with client

Working Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with employee benefits environment

Professional Qualifications

  • Possess CMFAS M5, M9, and HI certifications

Education

  • Degree in Business or related fields of study
