SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience in design management within client-side project management.
  • Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Australia, such as roads, rail, aviation and utilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to drive project success.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in delivery of projects utilising different contracting models
  • Delivery of projects within a strict governance and legislative framework

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Client-Side Project Manager with strong design management experience to join our growing Perth team.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation within the infrastructure sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead and coordinate design consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, engage, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project briefs, scopes of work, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of design records, approvals, and documentation.
  • Chair design meetings, providing strategic recommendations and timely advice.
  • Collaborate closely with construction and project teams to align design and delivery outcomes.
