SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience in design management within client-side project management.
- Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Australia, such as roads, rail, aviation and utilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to drive project success.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Experience in delivery of projects utilising different contracting models
- Delivery of projects within a strict governance and legislative framework
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are seeking a Client-Side Project Manager with strong design management experience to join our growing Perth team.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation within the infrastructure sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Lead and coordinate design consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, engage, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project briefs, scopes of work, and technical drawings.
- Ensure seamless coordination of design records, approvals, and documentation.
- Chair design meetings, providing strategic recommendations and timely advice.
- Collaborate closely with construction and project teams to align design and delivery outcomes.
