They’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the dynamic team and lead residential projects to successful completion.
    Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager or an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential development. This role demands a deep technical understanding, including the ability to interpret and analyse drawings from various consultants—such as architects, M&E engineers, structural engineers, energy specialists, and utilities experts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally from a consultancy or developer background with either RIBA OR MRICS.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar senior role within residential development.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and ability to interpret complex drawings from a range of consultants.
  • Comprehensive experience across all RIBA stages of project development.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and contractor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Willingness to engage in both high-level management and hands-on tasks, including financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience in training and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Review and interrogate project drawings and documents from consultants, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee projects through all RIBA stages, from initial concept through to completion.
  • Consultant Management: Recognise when consultants may be underperforming or misrepresenting their work, and address these issues effectively.
  • Construction Supervision: Monitor general contractor performance to ensure compliance with project standards and rectify any deviations.
  • Financial Management: Engage in detailed financial reconciliation and ensure projects adhere to budget constraints.
  • Team Development: Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capability.
