Overview:
As the Client Solutions Associate, you will be providing administrative support to a Client Services Team. Together you deliver tailored Insurance solutions, ensuring our clients are thoroughly protected against the effects of damage to commercial property and assets, loss of income due to unforeseen incidents or even damages to third parties.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You’ll be supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing a crucial role in business retention, and ultimately ensuring clients have a seamless renewal experience
  • This role will update documents on company portals, prepare renewals and endorsements, process web-based updates
  • Assist in crafting client presentations, preparing RFPs and further strengthening insurance partner relationships
  • You will continue to build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading skills through learning and mentorship on coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems
  • Bring forward areas of opportunity for operational improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources

  • Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes
  • Secondary School Diploma, College or University Degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Broker’s License or willingness to obtain provincial licensing requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of professional work experience preferred. Experience in an Insurance Brokerage, Commercial or Customer Facing Environment is highly preferred
