How you’ll make an impact:

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Solutions Managers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.

  • Set up and maintain client files
  • Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy
  • Request and/or process new business and renewals
  • Request all Invoicing, binders and cover letters
  • Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post placement checklist with sign off from CSM Invoicing and completing premium financing contracts
  • Prepare and distribute automobile pink slips as required
  • Handle accounting activities for team
  • Claims – responsible for reporting claims and f/u for adjuster contact information (where claims support does not exist)
  • Insurance Company portals – access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy

About you:

  • Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Extremely well organized & able to meet deadlines
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Ability to work well with team and others
  • RIBO license an asset but not mandatory
