These unique credit risk indicators help deliver a greater understanding of the credit quality of entities around the world. We provide our services to leading financial institutions around the world.
We are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a Client Solutions Lead to join our London office.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Client Solutions Lead, you will be part of a busy and diverse team at the heart of the company’s commercial activities. You will play a key part in our commercial operations, assisting in maintaining and growing our client base.
The primary function of the role will be to manage a subset of our non-bank client base within EMEA APAC with responsibility for the retention, expansion and customer satisfaction of that client base.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our client engagement, building and maintaining valuable and trusted relationships with clients.
In addition, the role will report through the Client Success / Account Management organisation and help in deepening our current client relationships and representing us at external events and conferences.
The role will be based in London with hybrid working.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Managing the retention, expansion, profitability, success and customer satisfaction of a number of client relationships (directly and as part of the broader team).
  • Build, expand, and manage relationships across the book of business.
  • Negotiating commercial and contract terms as part of renewals.
  • Develop and own key KPI’s for measurement of customer success and account management.
  • Running product demos and training with clients, both in person and virtually.
  • Tracking product usage and implementing a strategy to increase data utilization.
  • Being at the forefront of our client engagement; gathering, organizing, and sharing product feedback with internal stakeholders such as the product, research and analytics teams.
  • Collaborating with various teams at Credit Benchmark to successfully execute strategic goals.
  • Supporting efforts to grow our client base by helping with prospecting, relationship management and attending external events/conferences.
  • Supporting prospecting opportunities by compiling materials for pitches, decks, and market segmentation analysis.
  • Supporting ad-hoc commercial related data projects and initiatives, including reporting and KPIs for the team.
  • Building an in-depth understanding of clients’ workflows and use of the product within these workflows; and helping in developing internal frameworks for best practices across our client base.
  • Providing administrative support for the commercial team, specifically within Salesforce and other tools.
