Overview:
We are looking to fill a full time role for a Client Solutions Manager on our Small Business commercial lines team. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure exceptional client service to Gallagher’s Small Business clients. While working on a fun and collaborative team the CSM carries out a wide range of duties.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Working directly with clients to provide solutions to their insurance needs.
  • Prioritizing and handling daily phone calls, e-mails and mail.
  • Providing timely responses to client queries
  • Meeting with team members to check on challenges and give direction.
  • Marketing of accounts to ensure clients receive best coverage possible.
  • Problem solving concerning different coverages, rating, claims and competition
  • Administration associated with client service such as: record notes and provide instructions on renewal, endorsement and cancellation processing.
