Responsibilities:

As the Client Solutions Specialist, you will provide day-to-day management, thought leadership, innovative solutions and delivery excellence to Bond’s clients. You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery and evolution of Bond partners/clients. Working with a core team of people across the organization, your knowledge of the assigned partners, the loyalty industry along with your proven client relationship skills will bring a new level of service excellence to our clients. This role focuses on expanding and diversifying our client portfolio through innovation and growth, maintaining program excellence, and deepening key client relationships with a results-driven, client-focused approach.
